Can I remotely access my client’s Seenspire accounts?

When assisting a client, whether it's resolving an issue, answering questions, or demonstrating product capabilities, it can often be more efficient to work directly within their account. To support this, we have a remote login feature that allows our partners to access customer accounts securely and seamlessly.

Log in to your Seenspire partner portal


To remotely access a customer's account, navigate to the Home tab, locate the customer, and click the Key icon. The Key button will allow you to remotely log in to their account.
Once logged in, you'll have access to their platform. This includes viewing settings, creating and editing feeds, and performing other actions.



This feature is especially useful for:
  1. Troubleshooting: With remote login, you can step in directly to diagnose, resolve, or clarify the situation quickly and efficiently.
  2. Customer conversion: Setting up a branded account and customised content for a trial customer is an easy way to demonstrate the full value of Seenspire, without requiring any effort on their part.
