Getting started with Seenspire for Zoom Rooms
To use Seenspire content in your Zoom Rooms Digital Signage follow the steps below.
Step 1: Add The Seenspire App to Zoom Room Digital Signage
Log into the Zoom web portal. Navigate to ADMIN → Room Management → Zoom Rooms → Account Settings → Digital Signage tab.
Under the Digital Signage tab Click "Add Content".
Navigate to "Apps" and click "Add New Apps".
Select the Seenspire App and click "Add" to complete the addition of the new app.
The Seenspire App will appear in the Default Content List on the Digital Signage tab.
Once the playlist is saved a QR code will appear on your screen.
Step 2: Download the Seenspire Mobile App.
On your mobile phone, navigate to the Google Play Store or the App Store to download the Seenspire mobile app.
Once the mobile app installed, click "Sign up with email" and follow the steps on screen.
If you have an active Seenspire account you can sign in using your existing credentials.
Step 3: Connect your screen and Play Stream
Using your Seenspire mobile app scan the QR code on your TV screen. This will allow you to connect your screen.
Detailed instructions on how to connect your screen are available in this article. You need one Seenspire license for each screen. You can register as many screens as you have licenses available within your Seenspire account.
The Seenspire free trial allows you to register up to 5 screens.
Once your screen is connected, you can select your preferred Stream to be displayed.
Existing Streams under your Seenspire account, will be displayed under the Streams menu, allowing you to select the specific Stream you wish to assign to the designated screen.
To create new feeds and Streams, use your desktop device to visit the Seenspire web app app.seenspire.com.

Removing The Seenspire App from Zoom Room Digital Signage
Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage → Added Apps → Remove.
