Getting started with Seenspire for Zoom Rooms

To use Seenspire content in your Zoom Rooms Digital Signage follow the steps below.

Step 1: Add The Seenspire App to Zoom Room Digital Signage
Log into the Zoom web portal. Navigate to ADMIN  Room Management  Zoom Rooms → Account Settings → Digital Signage tab.



Under the Digital Signage tab Click "Add Content".


Navigate to "Apps" and click "Add New Apps".


Select the Seenspire App and click "Add" to complete the addition of the new app.


InfoThe Seenspire App will appear in the Default Content List on the Digital Signage tab.
Once the playlist is saved a registration code will appear on your screen.


Step 2:  Register your screen.

Log in to Seenspire app.seenspire.com and navigate to License Overview.

You need one Seenspire license for each screen. You can register as many screens as you have licenses available within your Seenspire account.
Click Add Screen and enter the 6-character code displayed on your TV. Type a descriptive name to your screen, then click Add Screen.


Once your screen is correctly connected, this message will appear on your TV screen.


Step 3:  Assign stream to your screen.

There are two methods to publish a stream to a registered screen.
InfoIf you don't have any active streams yet, you can find more information on creating streams here.
1. Method 1: License Overview tab
Navigate to the License Overview tab and click on the Assign Stream icon.

Select a stream from the dropdown and click Assign Stream.

2. Method 2: Publish Stream tab
Navigate to Stream Options and click on Publish Stream.

Click Publish Stream

Select the screen you want to publish your stream to from the dropdown menu, and then click Assign Stream.


Your content will start instantly playing on your screen.
Any changes you apply to the stream will be automatically reflected on screen.

Removing The Seenspire App from Zoom Room Digital Signage

Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Click Manage →  Added Apps  Remove.
