How to format a Workplace post?

Seenspire supports various text formatting options for Workplace feeds. Formatting text occurs when the post is created in the collaboration tool: Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Webex Teams.
Formatting options may vary depending on the Workplace source.

Microsoft Teams

Seenspire recognizes the following markdown options in Microsoft Teams:
  1. Heading of your post (H1) (Recommended character length: 100 characters)
  2. Paragraph of your post (Recommended character length: 300 characters)
  3. Italic and bold text formatting 
  4. Numbered or bulleted lists
In Microsoft Teams, click the "New conversation" button and select "Format."


To set a heading, highlight the word/sentence you would like to use as the Heading and select the 'Heading 1' rich style option.

Slack

Seenspire recognizes the following markdown options in Slack:
  1. Heading of your post (Recommended character length: 100 characters)
  2. Paragraph of your post (Recommended character length: 294 characters)
  3. Italic and bold text formatting 
  4. Numbered or bulleted lists 
In Slack, start a new conversation and compose your message.


To set a heading, highlight the word/sentence (First line) you would like to use as the Heading and make it Bold.

Webex Teams

Seenspire recognizes the following markdown options in Webex Teams:
  1. Heading of your post (H1) (Recommended character length: 100 characters)
  2. Paragraph of your post (Recommended character length: 300 characters)
  3. Italic and bold text formatting 
  4. Numbered or bulleted lists 
In Webex Teams, start a new conversation and click "Format text".

To set a heading, highlight the word/sentence you would like to use as the Heading and select the 'H1' rich style option.
