Why are some of the feeds locked?

Depending on your current Seenspire plan, your access to certain content types may be restricted. 
If you would like to unlock the restricted content type, please upgrade your subscription. If you need more information on the different Seenspire plans, you can read this article.

To request a change in your subscription, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to Account & Billing

Click your Account Name in the upper right-hand corner, and then select Account & Billing. 

Step 2: Select Manage subscription

Step 3:  Select your preferred plan. 

Step 4:  Click on Request Approval

On the left you will see a detailed Purchase Overview. To confirm your selection, click "Request Approval".

If you have more than 10 screens, click "Request Approval" and we will create a custom quote for you.

Step 5:  Confirmation email

You will receive a confirmation email from Seenspire and the service provider that handles your account will be notified. 

Please note that you need to wait for Seenspire or the service provider handling your account to approve your change request.

You will receive an email notifying you whether the change request has been approved. You will then be able to immediately see the changes applied to your subscription.
