Why are some of the feeds locked?
Depending on your current Seenspire plan, your access to certain content types may be restricted.
If you would like to unlock the restricted content type, please upgrade your subscription. If you need more information on the different Seenspire plans, you can read this article. Purchase
To request a change in your subscription, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Account & Billing
Click your Account Name in the upper right-hand corner, and then select Account & Billing.
Step 2: Select Update subscription
Step 3: Select your preferred plan.
Select the plan you'd like to upgrade to.
A detailed Purchase Overview is displayed on the left. To proceed, click "Next" to confirm your selection. On the following page, you’ll be able to enter your billing details.

Step 4: Complete Purchase
Select your preferred Billing method (Credit or Bank transfer) and click complete purchase.
If you select credit card you need to add a valid credit card.
Step 5: Confirmation email
You will receive an email notifying you whether the change request has been approved. You will then be able to immediately see the changes applied to your subscription.
