How do I connect my Instagram Account to Seenspire?
As an Account Owner or Manager, you can add a new source connection to your Seenspire account.
To connect your Instagram account to Seenspire, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to Source Connections
Click your Account Name in the upper right corner, then select Source Connections.
Step 2: Click Add Source
Click Add Source and select Instagram from the dropdown list.
Step 3: Follow the authentication process
You will get redirected to a Facebook login page to authenticate. For more information on why you get redirected to Facebook, read this article.
Enter your Facebook account credentials to log in and authorize the connection with Seenspire.
To connect Instagram to Seenspire, you need:
- Admin access to an Instagram Business account.
- Your Instagram Business account must be linked to a Facebook page.
Select the Instagram Account that you would like to connect to Seenspire, and click "Next".
Please do not make any changes to these options as it might affect the connection process. Click "Done".
Once the process is completed, you will see a Seenspire page confirming that your selected account has been successfully connected. Click "Got it" to complete the setup.
The new Instagram source can be found under the Source Connections page.
